GrokTV: Congressman Frank Guinta Townhall – the Talk

by

Last night, GraniteGrok went to the Hooksett Public Library for Frank’s first Townhall since voting on the Budget Control Act of 2011 (raising the debt ceiling).  Given that he has riled up both his Right side base and his Left side opponents, I at least give him kudos for walking into the arena.

The downstairs meeting room was packed with folks (200? 250?); mostly older folks (who always take more interest in politics) of various stripes.  Well behaved, they generally were well behaved and polite EXCEPT for a couple of blowhards that tried to filibuster their questions which was NOT appreciated by the crowd due to the Library closing at 8pm (meeting started about 6:45).

This clip is of his initial talk before taking questions where he [tried] to explain his rationale for voting to raise the debt ceiling.

The questions will be posted in a little bit and yes, I will identify the blowhards.
