Every year, the Wall Street Journal and Heritage compile the index of economic freedom, and recently, while soem other countries, notably in Asia, have been getting the message that more freedom means more prosperity, some western countries, notably the USA and the UK have not gotten the mesage, and are going in the wrong direction.
