Is Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez the “Girl You Wish You Hadn’t Started a Conversation With”?

I haven’t watched Saturday Night Live in a few decades, so this is new to me. But someone sent this and suggested the portrayal is like listening to Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez.

She goes on saying stupid things endlessly. It’s very AOC. And she’s even defensive about being right when she says stupid things.

‘Girl You Wish You Hadn’t Started a Conversation With’ is exactly that. And I’ll admit, it was funny.

Here’s SNL’s snippet:

Seth Meyers chats with the Girl You Wish You Hadn’t Started a Conversation With at a Party (Cecily Strong) about holiday commercialism, secret Santa being openly gay and all the other things that irritate her during the holidays.

I think we all know or have met people like this. But you decide. Is this character AOC-esque or not?
