Kang Lu of Spofford, New Hampshire was detained by Police in Auburn Massachusetts. Lu was operating his Prius in the Bay State without a working rear license plate light. A minor infraction that escalated quickly.
Police said when Lu was asked to step out of his vehicle, a large fixed blade knife was observed on his left hip. Officers then asked him to raise his hands so they could handcuff him but said he did not comply. It was then officers reached to Lu’s waist area where they located a loaded Glock handgun magazine.
Lu has been charged with “possession of a large capacity firearm without a license, possession of a large capacity feeding device, and engaging in sexual conduct for a fee.”
He had recently paid the young lady in the passenger seat for Sex.
Probably not his bay day ever.
When asked if he had a license, for the firearm, Lu is reported to have said, “he was not required to possess one and could carry a firearm under the 2nd Amendment.”
True enough, but Kang Lu will need better than the court-appointed defense attorney if he plans to take that story any further than the prison where he can share it with his fellow inmates.
