And you can bet that we’ll come back to this over and over and over again during the next two years (reformatted, emphasis mine):
NH unemployment rate drops to 2.6 percent
The Granite State continues its run as having one of the lowest unemployment rates in the country with a repeat of last October’s performance. New Hampshire’s preliminary seasonally adjusted unemployment rate for October was 2.6 percent, a decrease of 0.1 percentage point from September and the same rate as October 2017, New Hampshire Employment Security reported Wednesday.
Seasonally adjusted estimates for October 2018 placed the number of employed residents at 742,740, an increase of 1,190 from the previous month and an increase of 15,340 from October 2017. The number of unemployed residents decreased by 520 to 19,730. This was 230 more unemployed than in October 2017. From September to October 2018, the total labor force increased by 670 to 762,470. This was an increase of 15,570 from October 2017.
Nationally, the seasonally adjusted unemployment rate for October 2018 was 3.7 percent, unchanged from September, and a decrease of 0.4 percentage points from October 2017.
Yep, like it or not, they can now be judged. They now own the economy because they BELIEVE that the only good economy is a Government directed one. Doubt me? Just watch them come up with all kinds of new taxes and new regulations. The difference will be stark because Sununu and the Republicans just unshackled the NH economy over the last two years.
Well, they will own it unless Chris Sununu develops a spine of titanium and vetoes any and all money sucking legislation that comes his way (and the feckless Republicans that supported the Dems for that last veto override that gave us higher electrical costs decide to actually act like smaller government Rs).
