MACDONALD: So, We’re Still Having Elections, Then?

Democrats make crap up, toss it in the media blender, and then spin. Keeping up can be difficult for those of us paying attention. Normal people who want to be left alone won’t bother reviewing the nonsense. They are happy the calls have stopped, and the ads are gone.

They’d like to move on, but Move On is a political action organization run by out-of-the-closet commies who start or spread the blue manure, but politically are more like feudalists. And the Democrats you just voted for can’t leave you alone, so you need to see and understand things like this.

On October 18, 2023, Rachel Maddow plugged her new book about American fascism on ABC’s The View, claiming that Trump is “basically portraying a future for America, if he is put back in the White House, in which we don’t have another election after that.” Then it got even dumber. Co-host Sara Haines claimed Trump would “cancel the news. Like, the news, you’re done.” Maddow agreed and added: “He wants to put MSNBC on trial for treason so that he can execute us.”

[and]

“You know, I’ve had people ask me if we’ll have elections in 2026, and I think the answer is yes.” He suggested a hybrid authoritarianism, where “you don’t cancel elections, you don’t ban an opposition media entirely. You just make it much harder for the opposition to compete. So, there’s an election, but they can’t fundraise as effectively, or they don’t have the media to get to it, or the votes are suppressed in some way.”

This is what we in the sausage factory call projection. Democrat politics already censored “the news” while they were spying on reporters (both Obama and Biden did this). They silenced contrary narratives and deplatformed the speakers.

Democrats have repeatedly tried to erect official truth-checking organizations in and out of government that would effectively work as ministries of truth.

Obama’s IRS kneecapped center-right non-profits before his re-election, leaked tax forms, and shared donor lists so progressive activists could harass and threaten them to stop giving. Some organizations or individuals were debanked. And the final form of the modern Democratic Party is a centrally planned one-party state – no election needed or even worth having because they don’t change anything.

Most of what Trump has done that the left objects to is enforcing laws they don’t like, though there are more than a few of those executive orders, a feature of modern American presidencies most everyone on the right would like to see go away. Write one on Day OneTM that declares every single previous EO unconstitutional and void, and then we’re done (burns lip on crack pipe).

And just so we’re clear, referring back to the Maddow reference, no one on the right has attempted to or successfully assassinated anyone, nor have their “people” applauded or celebrated it. That’s all on the Dems, and now that they have power, even normal people who want to be left alone will need to watch their ass.

If they win the Presidency in 2028 and keep Congress, all the stuff they did under Obama and Biden will happen again, accelerated, and with extreme prejudice. And we can only do what we can do, but part of that journey includes posts like this, and the need for us to get them in front of the so-called independents who allegedly broke blue in 2026 over gas and food prices without realizing that was just bait on a big blue socialist hook.
