I got up and spoke out against former Gordon MacDonald at his Executive Council confirmation hearing. Everyone was running and scrambling to set up their microphones as if Elvis had just walked into the building. I got up after introducing myself to the council and handed AG MacDonald my not-guilty slip, which I still have. Five trumped-up charges from his office.
I proceeded back to my chair and went on record to say what a mistake they were making. He was a man with no moral compass or ethics. Everyone thought I was crazy; seems I was right.
I never spoke out about my trial because of the aftermath, his office, and their low moral tactics, but it’s time.
The trial was based on a Facebook post written on “MY PAGE’ yes, my page with my little 144 friends.
Little did I know Granite State Credit Union planted a spy on my page to watch my every move with the help of the NH AG’s office.
The secret search warrants didn’t come out until the trial.
Going pro se led me down a path of dark secrets and lies.
First, the AG had nothing on me; point blank, their so-called 2,000 pages of discovery was a bunch of blank papers and pics of my dogs and kids. Exposing private conversations between myself and state senators, state reps, and specialized groups.
To think a credit Union had this kind of control over a state agency was not only disturbing but scary.
They hired someone to lie under oath; I squashed her.
Two judges came clean on the stand; a clerk admitted to not following protocol, which made me lose a vital part of my case (the sitting judge threw her statement out); and Homeland Security was saying, Why am I here again?”
The trial cost me my health; I developed cancer from the stress and then no thyroid with Hashimoto’s. A traumatic PTSD from the law and accusations that I still have. All because they had to cover up this credit union’s bad banking deals, in which I was a victim too.
It’s disturbing to me to think my life was ruined and Gordon MacDonald walks free.
The judicial system needs to be better. It needs better people, people who care about law and order. About our constitution. The good ol’ boys’ & girls’ club needs to be dismantled and rebuilt.
On a side note, I had several complaints against judges that just got thrown out. Legal complaints that they broke the conduct code, yet nobody listened.
Why are they listening now? Who did MacDonald finally push his luck with, or did someone finally get some morals?
But for me like others to have to suffer and him to just resign is not fair, its wrong and has no standing of good faith as far as I concerned.
