Rebecca Harned (never heard of her) is running as a Democrat for the New Hampshire State Senate. The Beccster is also, apparently, loaded and has multiple homes, which has complicated her residency claims to run for office in the Granite State.
Harned’s campaign claims that she “returned home to New Hampshire” in 2017. She also swore in her candidate qualification affidavit that she had been domiciled in New Hampshire for the seven years immediately preceding the 2026 election.
But Harned’s own documents tell a different story.
On October 16, 2025, Harned signed a recorded and notarized mortgage document connected to her purchase of a $1.7 million home in Vail, Colorado. It identifies Harned and her co-borrower as:
“Currently residing at 4632 Willet Dr., Annandale, Virginia 22003.”
The mortgage package identifies the Vail property as subject to a Second Home Rider. Harned represented that she was residing in Virginia while purchasing a second home in Colorado.
“Rebecca Harned lied to New Hampshire voters about where she lived,” said NHGOP Chairman Scott Maltzie. “Less than one year ago, she signed a notarized mortgage document stating that she was residing in Virginia. Those are her words, her signature and her documents.”
The Mortgage paperwork is a problem. Annandale, Virginia, is not New Hampshire, and 2025 is one year, not seven. Even if she “moved” here on October 17th, 2025, that’s six years shy of the constitutional requirement.
Unless she lied to the bank, which is a different problem and not our problem, this is. The AG and SOS, as shared interests in protecting the laws, rules, and constitutional requirements for public office, have consistently shown indifference to all of them.
We’ve seen “students” who live in Vermont, California, and Connecticut run and, in some instances, win seats in the NH House. And while the State Senate is the rung higher up on the ladder and a few rungs lower on accountability, given the evidence, and assuming it is legitimate, can we expect the AG and SoS to say, ” Sorry, you’re ineligible?
No.
Oh, and about all that lying on official forms and such. That’s a problem.

According to this public document, the Virginia address identified in the documents was Harned’s residence at the time.
If Harned was legally domiciled in Virginia in October 2025, she would not meet New Hampshire’s constitutional qualifications for the state Senate in 2026.
I don’t know Rebecca. She might be a great lady infected with the Democrat virus that makes you think the government really can fix things with enough of someone else’s money. The evidence tells us the opposite. They take the money, more every year, and things get worse. That ought to be enough motivation for voters to keep any Democrat out of office.
But since it’s not, Becca may have to explain it. Sorry. Simple mistake. Forgot I bought a 2-million-dollar villa in Vail and used a nearly million-dollar home ($998,759) in Virginia as my permanent address (circa 2025), instead of the less valuable home I say I’ve been living in to run for office in Sutton, NH.
Think of it like gender. She could be a man if she wants, here or there, switch back at her pleasure, something in between, a resident of Virginia to buy a home in Colorado, or a Granite Stater for seven to run for the NH State Senate. And no, you can’t do that, but she can.
And none of that matters to her or Democrats or, likely, the AG or Secretary of State. What does? That any Democrat will manipulate any situation in pursuit of political power. Men can’t be women. Becca can’t have lived in Virginia and New Hampshire at the same time. And no matter what anyone decides, if you elect her, she’s going to leverage political power to make you pay for things she cares about. Progressive priorities Democrats want but don’t trust you to spend their money on, absent government force.
Stop voting for Democrats. Keep more of what you earn. Spend it on what’s important to you. Including private non-profits who will be accountable to you, if that’s what you want to do. If you abdicate that power to politicians, Democrats, they will rob you, waste your money, and make the problem worse to justify taking more of what you work so hard to earn.
