MACDONALD: Text Pokes Huge Hole In CDC Cloth Mask ‘Guidance’

When it came time to introduce a national sign of compliance, the CDC ignored all masking guidance, including its own, everyone else’s, and even the guidance it made up as it went, with one exception. Everyone needed to look like a bandit.

Just cover your face, and maybe we won’t arrest you, or you could carry a small restaurant table around with you instead.

Any material, no matter how ill-suited, was “something” when it came to the so-called pandemic response. Crocheted, beaded, coffee filters, T-shirts, scarves, bandannas- everything “worked”; results could vary.

The correct way to read the headline, therefore, is that the CDC was masking (hiding) how ridiculous its guidance was.

And it was all so a five-year plan ago, and the plan collapsed and cost the deep state tens of millions of supporters across the political spectrum, but as I noted yesterday, in The Fall of the House of COVID, as more secret CDC squirrel emails, texts, whistleblowers, deal makers, Former Fauci friends and other testimony become public, the fence-sitters and Covidistas have a problem.

It wasn’t just as bad as naysayers claimed; it was worse. And while the side effect safety signals being known and ignored was criminal, this just adds more fuel to a raging fire of retribution for the nasty-ass bastard behavior we all had to endure for doing something as simple as quoting their own research.

Quick Aside – do not let the Democrats off the hook for any of their anti-liberty totalitarian behavior. We knew, the experts knew, and we were smarter than the Zombi Dems, so who should you trust with your money or your freedom? Not the left.

Anyway, here we go.

“I’m sending this via text messaging to avoid any FOIA issues,” [Michael] Osterholm began…

“None of the studies that CDC uses to support significant protection of face cloth coverings stand up to scientific scrutiny,” he said, after first assuring them in three different ways how much he loves masks in general (“real” ones, N95s)

Michael Osterholm is reportedly an “epidemiologist, University of Minnesota Professor, director of CIDRAP, and one of Time’s 2026 100 Top Health People.” An actual expert, except when it comes to avoiding FOIA issues.

Long story short, this one text blows an even bigger hole in the masking nonsense than the ones that were not stopping a virus that even medical masks couldn’t stop per CDC’s own research.

The Epi prof implored the CDC, Fauci, and CO. to embrace a nationwide information campaign on the proper use of N95 masks, which this expert believes were the only hope.

Note: The N95 respirator is an OSHA-regulated piece of protective equipment.

This exchange began in August of 2021, during the heat of the Summer of Love. Masking was already optional gear for protesters and rioters, the latter of whom would have opted for a “cloth face covering” for different reasons.

We shared research, expert testimony, and even excerpts from books showing that random obstruction of your airway is worse for you than the Wuhan Flu for 85-95% of everyone. N95 masks would have been exponentially worse, so nuts to you, Professor, but thanks for sending that text to avoid anyone finding out the truth.

And, of course, the Clown Crew at CDC doubled down, and now it’s all history. The arrests, deplatforming for misinformation that was truth ignored or hidden by the so-called experts. And let’s not forget the likelihood of health complications caused by forced masking when “None of the studies that CDC uses to support significant protection of face cloth coverings stand up to scientific scrutiny.”

I’m not sure you can sue your local school board for “following orders,” but you can embarrass the hell out of them if the mood strikes and it seems like a suitable time for such a thing, as if there isn’t a suitable time. And then point out how they might not be following the new Food Pyramid or the childhood vaccine guidance.

It was always partisan, which makes it even more interesting. They were wrong about everything COVID, and the proof keeps leaking out, but you’re supposed to trust them now about anything.

I wouldn’t. In fact, spend that time rallying locals to replace them all. It’ll take a few years, so you’ll need help, but a lot of people who got kicked off social media or out of meetings or fired or the rest of it may still be smoldering, ears perked for the latest bit of evidence.

Find them, rally them, and make sure you all get your fence-sitting neighbors out to vote the proglodytes from office. Every office, partisan, non-partisan, you can’t trust any of them if they bought into the COVIDISM and haven’t prostrated themselves before you in apology.

Give them that option, just in case, and make sure you record it.
