That’s right. Fireworks.
Don’t worry, I got more of that. But we’ve got some pre-Fourth of July fireworks, thanks to the Washington Post,
Just days before Americans gather in the nation’s capital to celebrate the country’s two hundred and fiftieth anniversary festivities. The Washington Post published a report warning that the massive pyrotechnic display planned for July 4th could create hazardous levels of pollution and very unhealthy air quality around the National Mall.
Yes, it’s pollution day, ladies and gentlemen.
The newspaper cited internal National Park Service documents projecting elevated levels of fine particulate matter known as PM 2.5 for several hours after the approximately forty-minute fireworks show concludes.
Fireworks, did you say?
Wait, let’s point at some fireworks. Yeah, you got it.
The Daily Wire report goes on to talk about what’s going on with the National Park Service and the Washington Post. And they add that, yet buried within the report, is an admission that undercuts much of its alarm. The Post acknowledges that projected pollution levels of up to 1200 micrograms per cubic meter match what has been recorded with other fireworks events.
Obviously, the problem with these fireworks is that they’re being arranged by Donald Trump. That’s kind of how the whole year is gonna go. That’s how the whole presidency is gonna go. But it’s our 250th birthday. And Democrats have decided that because they hate America, it’s a bad idea. Actually, it’s a great idea.
