In January 2025, Dr. Frances Lim-Liberty and Jessica Smith of Dartmouth Health Children’s, and Harvey Feldman, a female-to-male therapist, opened a pediatric gender clinic named Granite Pride New Hampshire in Concord, NH, in Suite 3 at 5 Warren Street, above Margarita’s.
Dr. Lim-Liberty’s day job is being the Medical Director of the Pediatric and Adolescent Transgender Program at Dartmouth Health Children’s, and Jessica Smith is the Assistant Medical Director of Pediatric Gender Clinics at Dartmouth Health Children’s.
Here are some op-eds written by Dr. Lim-Liberty and one by Jessica Smith in support of transing kids. They are true believers.
- In her February 2023 op-ed, Opinion: But what if you’re wrong and they’re right? Listening to Our Trans Kids, Dr. Lim-Liberty falsely claimed that children will likely die of suicide without “gender affirming care (GAC).”
- In August 2023, Dr. Lim-Liberty’s co-authored op-ed for the American Academy of Pediatrics claimed that GAC prevents suicide and accused physicians who take a wait-and-see approach of transphobia.
- In March 2024, an op-ed by Dr. Lim-Liberty, Keith J. Loud, MD, MSc, Physician-in-Chief, and Jessica Smith, claimed that GAC is “evidence-based care.”
- In September 2024, Dartmouth Health published a video on Facebook featuring Dr. Lim-Liberty that promotes gender-affirming care as lifesaving care.
On August 1, 2025, Gov. Kelly Ayotte signed HB377 into law, banning puberty blockers and cross-sex hormones for gender-confused kids, which went into effect on January 1, 2026.
On November 22, 2025, Dr. Lim-Liberty and Jessica Smith participated in a “Supporting Our Trans Kids” panel at the Lebanon library.
On November 26, 2025, I visited the Granite Pride NH office. There were no signs for the business, but I found the names of founders Jessica Smith and therapist Harvey Feldman on the mailbox, confirming that I had the correct location.
On January 1, 2026, the Granite State Pride website was updated with the message, “As of January 1, 2026, minors will no longer be able to access gender medicine in New Hampshire.”
On February 4, 2026, Granite State Pride posted the following on their Instagram account after several big-name pediatric gender clinics closed after investigations by the Trump Department of Justice.
On February 7, 2026, I stopped by 5 Warren Street, and Jessica Smith and Harvey Feldman’s names had been removed from the mailbox for Suite 3.
On March 11, 2026, I stopped by and there was a new business name, “Wolfeboro Wellness,” on the mailbox and the office door for Suite 3. The pediatric gender clinic was gone.
Did Dr. Lim-Liberty and Jessica Smith capitulate and close their pediatric gender clinic because of the new law banning puberty blockers and cross-sex hormones for gender-confused kids or because of investigations by the Trump administration?
If so, they are the cowards they were calling out on Instagram.
