Parting shot: will Mitch McConnell take even partial credit for this loss, given the millions from his Senate PAC he spent to despoil Moore’s chances in the Primary (where he humiliated McConnell’s efforts by winning) with spill over to the general? How about the RNC for its less than lukewarm financial support?
Where ever he is, Schumer must be smiling broadly. Along with the Democrat Party – once again, their “October surprise(s)” (in December) worked like a champ.
