Featured Speakers
Keynote speaker Laurel Libby, serving her third term as Maine State Representative for North Auburn and Minot, will share her story of standing for women’s and girls’ rights. In February 2025, she was stripped of her voice and vote for highlighting a biological male winning a girls’ state championship, a decision overturned by a historic Supreme Court ruling. A former ICU nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Roberts Wesleyan College, Laurel founded Lead Maine (LeadMaine.com) to advance conservative values, protect liberty, and empower citizens against government overreach. She and her husband John have five children.
Special guest Scott Maltzie, Chair of the NH Republican State Committee, brings decades of leadership as an educator, debate coach, and public servant. With advanced degrees including a Ph.D. in Business Administration, he has taught at high school and college levels, served three Republican governors, and chaired the Merrimack County Republican Committee. Scott and his wife Beth have fostered over eight children and lead a support group for foster families, focusing on building a unified party to win elections.
