Death Tax – Juan Williams REALLY showcases what Progressives believe whose money your’s is.

by

I was just in shock (ok, perhaps not really) but to see it so front and center was rather different. Juan Williams on “The Five” (glad to see it’s back on at 5pm again, fwiw) made it clear that the Government has every right to take money from you when you die after it has already taxed. After all, it only affects very Americans, so what’s your beef and because: BOOTSTRAP NATION.

Meanwhile, Greg Gutfield is making the “it was already taxed” and it isn’t the Government’s. Gutfield IS correct – it IS immoral for the Government to take money simply because you are dead. It’s YOUR money, not the Government’s.

“You’re stealing from them because they’re rich!” and “uou’re stealing from them because they’re DEAD!”

It is NOT up to Government to use it as it wishes – that should be up to the deceased family members if there is no will or by the precepts of a will if there is one. But for Juan, it’s all about continuing “income inequality” and “helping the rich” just by allowing the families to keep the money that has already been earned?

He really does show that Progressives believe that it should be up to Government as to whom gets to keep what money it allows them to have. And that is morally wrong. That is not The Proper Role of Government.
