The Executive Board of the Nashua Republican City Committee applauds Governor Kelly Ayotte for signing the following bills into law.
HB 377 – Relative to health care professionals administering hormone treatments and puberty blockers.
HB 712 – Limiting breast surgeries for minors.
We thank Governor Ayotte for signing these commonsense bills. We also recognize and thank all of the Nashua State Reps, Bill Ohm & Kevin Scully, as well as Senator Kevin Avard for their efforts in getting these bills passed in the House & Senate and onto Governor Ayotte’s desk for signature. We would also like to recognize and thank the House and Senate GOP leadership for bringing these bills forward and getting them passed.
These bills put an end to the unethical and unnecessary chemical and surgical mutilation of healthy children within that state’s borders and bring medical common sense back to New Hampshire.
In our opinion, these bills protect children, and they protect parental rights. They make New Hampshire an island of medical sanity in a world gone astray.
New Hampshire is now the lone New England state that is on the correct side of this issue.
