Lots of clucking from the talking heads on the Left in that Trump was too harsh and pointed with his jokes at Hillary’s expense. IMHO, too much tut-tuttering and outrage of “how COULD he” at this event in which “light hearted roasting” is not just acceptable but desired. So, he pushed the boundary a bit.
Let me remind you (and the cluckers above) of how “light hearted” Obama was a a National Press dinner at which the same is expected – and all at The Donald’s expense:
