RGA Goes After Warmington And Craig

The two most viable Democrats seeking an opportunity to replace the retreating Governor Chris Sununu are busy appeasing their base with promises of a green energy mecca and sanctuary for foreign criminals. Craig is running on her tenure as Governor of Manchester, the state’s largest city, while Warmington is running away from her lobbying past. There is no ideological difference. Either would destroy New Hampshire’s advantage, given a legislature willing to let her do it.

Their competition is not exactly stellar, but, as the saying goes, better than the alternative, and the Republican Governor’s Association is keen to keep New Hampshire on their list of states with GOP chief Executives. To these ends, it has spun up a pair of websites outlining some key facts about both Warmington and Craig. Welcome to Craigville, and Cinde’s Secrets.

Craigville is, of course, Manchester under her tenure (2018-2024), a period of rising homelessness and crime. Joyce fashioned the place a sanctuary for illegals and oversaw its managed decline. These “accomplishments” appeal to Democrats but few others, and her promised plans for New Hampshire are just Manchester everywhere. The Lefty base will eat it up, but it lacks appeal, and the RGA is trying to make it easy for people to see that.

Cinde’s Secret appears to be that she was a lobbyist for disgraced opioid-addicting Purdue Pharma .

Cinde Warmington worked as a lobbyist for Purdue Pharma, the company that fueled the opioid crisis, and even served as a lawyer for a pain clinic and doctors accused of worsening the drug epidemic. She once described Oxycontin – a drug responsible for ruined lives and senseless deaths – as a “miracle drug” with “very few side effects.”

Warmington’s other negatives relate to immigration, green boondoggles, and being soft on crime. Again, what Demcorat isn’t? I’m serious? And what is their post-primary pivot? How do you run on these issues and then pretend you didn’t mean it when you need the 40% of registered independents to believe you? That’ll be up to us. Local media won’t lift a finger, and while the RGA’s efforts are nice, I’m not sure who is going there to see it unless the messages translate into TV ads before the general.
