Jerry DeLemus to Plead Guilty in Plea Deal

jerrydelemusThe Union Leader is reporting that New Hampshire activist Jerry DeLemus will enter a plea of guilty.

On Tuesday attorneys for DeLemus submitted a signed plea agreement to federal judge Gloria Navarro. A change of plea hearing has been scheduled for next Tuesday, Aug. 23, at 1:30 p.m. in U.S. District Court in Nevada.

DeLemus’ lawyer, Brian Smith of Las Vegas, said details of the plea agreement would not be revealed until his client appears in court for his hearing.

We’ll have to wait until Tuesday to find out what the deal, literally, is.
