Western officials – morons all, it seems.

Glenn Reynolds of Instapundit oft says that we have the worst political class ever; I agree.  Unfortunately, it isn’t just limited to here in the States – Germany seems to be overrun with cluelessness as well.  From a post lamenting why Germany can’t deport those economic migrants that should be there (of COURSE, let’s ignore their Prime Mininister Angela Merkel that threw the borders wide open (and those of Europe via the Shengen Treaty) in the first place).

The report of the interior ministers says the refugees earmarked for returning home often display a “brazen denial of full and correct information on their person and origin. We must question whether the rule of law had not completely failed.”

Well, gosh darn it, when you import 10s of millions of people from countries where there IS no Rule of Law, what did you expect?? Europe and the Anglosphere are most dependent on The Rule of Law and that their residents abide by it.  For that to happen, however, there has to be Trust in the Govenmental (and Societal) institutions that they abide by it as well.

These Muslim migrants – not so much.  They don’t have an internalized sense of the Rule of Law and the countries they came from don’t either.  So when the tiger acts like the spots it has, these German nitwits are surprised?  Gee, maybe next will they figure out that Islam is a political system wrapped up in religious clothing?

Naw, that’s above their pay grade.

And intelligence (and yes, I am feeling snarky this morning).
