Like I really care?

From Liberty Unyielding:

If world leaders could vote, who would they want as next U.S. president?

And the post goes on to list what some “leaders” have said about OUR candidates.  Yes, emphasis on OUR.  From my perspective, I could care less what someone outside of the US considers “appropriate” for us, much less a “leader”.  This is our business for our leader.  I don’t vote, nor should you, based on what someone else in a foreign land believes what is best for us. You can be sure that “us” really means “them” and I’m not convinced that most of “them” have MY best interest at heart.

I just wish more of our citizens would actually take a larger interest in their civic responsibilities and vote, not just Party line, on hard research.  But, it IS their freedom to vote on any intellectual basis they want (or not).  However…

..this ain’t kosher: Mexico has sent official diplomats where large contingent of permanent Mexican residents are located all in the hopes of getting them to get them naturalized so as to be able to vote to keep Trump out of the Oval Office (here, here, and here) even as the official Mexican line is that it “respects” US sovereignty”.
