Greater Epping Republicans / NHCCS – 2nd Amendment – Part 1

This past Sunday, GraniteGrok attended a joint presentation by the Greater Epping Republicans and the National Heritage Center for Constitutional Studies.  Nancy Kindler acted as the Master of Ceremonies.  Two speakers were present:

  • NH State Rep David Welch who was dressed in period garb on the topic of Revolutionary War arms
  • 2nd Amendment lawyer Evan Nappen with a Revolutionary War rifle of his own and a discussion on 2nd Amendment and the Law
