New Hampshire School District Caught Illegally Recording Students

[R]eaders may remember the Gilford school district.  They had a parent, William Baer, arrested last year for trying to express concern over sexually explicit material in the classroom.

That case was just thrown out, but barely a month later Mr. Baer’s children have discovered that the Gilford School District has, for years, been recording students on school buses in violation of state law.
