Didn’t know we had such a State with such a name – I guess mine was the “old” education model where we learned phonics and memorized little details like the names of states. Perhaps I’m just outdated – it must be one of those 7 extra States that our President talked about on the campaign trail:
The Kentucky Higher Education Assistance Authority recently shipped books to every student in the Class of 2015 about how to get into and pay for college with the word “Kentucky” spelled wrong on the spines, Louisville Fox affiliate WDRB reports.
Instead of the correct spelling, the comically unserious font on the spine of every single book reads “Kentucy.”
You can’t make this up. The government bureaucrats in charge of educating our children can’t even spell the state they live in. No wonder why education has been a disaster for decades in this country.
