Dingy Harry Reid on the Bundy ranch situation – irony abounds

by

Clive Bundy may have prevailed over the weekend in his standoff with the Bureau of Land Management regarding his Nevada ranch and disputed ranch, but that’s just the first phase, according to Harry Reid.

“Well, it’s not over. We can’t have an American people that violate the law and just walk away from it, so it’s not over.”

Heck, why not, Harry?  We seem to have a bunch of legislators at the top in DC violating the law and they just keep walking around.  The Rule of Law is supposed to be for everyone but it seems that our DC masters believe that they are above it, can ignore it, and make themselves immune to it.  And, in the case of the President, can just willy-nilly change it.

And he thinks that with that example of “leadership”, the American people are going to continue to take him seriously?  If the legislators won’t take the Law seriously, why should they expect us to?  After all, Americans are descended from a lot of folks who didn’t like being pushed around by their “betters” – and you ain’t any better than the least of us, your employers.
