Too many Americans, unfamiliar with their history, merely believe the Constitution outlines our form of Constitutional Republic governance. These scholars, our Founders, studied past history and civilizations to see what worked and what did not – and they realized that the greed of many to run the lives of others doomed most and created a system to counter it:
