Certainly when a number of politically minded folks get together, they talk. And talk, and talk some more. And sometimes, in talking, they forget that they are in a public setting and forget that others are around. As Grokster Don has observed in the past:
Forty people can keep a secret – if 39 of them are dead.
So, I overheard. And with the well known animosity between the Republicans sitting on the Belknap County delegation and the majority Republican Belknap County Commission as reported in the local papers (AND me seeing it in person), I would not be surprised if this was true.
NH State Rep and County Delegate member (R): Good evening
Belknap County Commissioner (R): go to Hell
Ah yes, that vaunted Republican Unity that heard so much about last nite at the Belknap County Republican meeting. Even from the NH GOP Chair, even!
