Inconsistency – and hypocritical as well. Nice to see that Democrats are adding to their own faux outrage of “Income Inequality” even as this issue is low on the “Big Issues” totem pole. For all their jawboning that it is Republicans that are discriminatory, that Republicans don’t care about “the oppressed”, “the poor”, and “the victims of Society”, here we see a classic example of Democrats actually doing what they claim only “The Others” does – race descrimination:
Democratic federal-level campaigns are paying minority staffers significantly less than their white counterparts, according to a study from the New Organizing Institute (NOI).
“African American staffers on Democratic federal-level campaigns are paid 70 cents on the dollar compared to their white counterparts; Hispanics are paid 68 cents on the dollar,” writes Ethan Roeder, executive director of NOI.
The study finds that although Republican campaign staffs hire a disproportionately high number of white men, the income disparities between racial groups are not nearly as pronounced as on Democratic campaigns.

If the NH GOP had a clue, they’d be absolutely ready to start demanding payroll proof that NH Democrats are showing “equality of pay” – and ask why there are so few “people of color” in their campaigns. But sadly, I’m afraid, they still are operating under Marquis of Queensbury rules…
