Both of these gentlemen are Patriots by dint to their adherence to the values expressed by our Constitutions and what they see to be the Proper Role of Government – a limited one that allow the most individual Freedom and Liberty for people to live their lives the way that THEY want to (versus those that get into Government that believe citizens can’t think their way out of a paper bag, not to say “live the right life with the right values”). JR was also one of the main organizers of the event and did the battle against Nashua’s Republican Mayor Donnalee Lozeau in trying to hold this counter-rally.
Sidenote: I have heard that the Democrats protesting Scott Brown got their permit easily enough but that the Second Amendment rally was hit by a demand for a $1 Million liability policy – per attendee!
Dan Itse is recognized as one of the most knowledgeable folks in NH concerning Constitutions in general (US, NH, and other states’). Tonite, he gave a history lesson on why the month of December was so important in NH’s history.
