Regular folks are deciding to hold Government entities more accountable. It’s because of what the Government, especially School Boards, are doing to us and our children. It could be described as “they’ve taken over our kids – or are trying to!”
So, I agree with Sally (below) that the Dover School District (SAU11) should be transparent and fully comply with this RSA 91:A demand for all documents related to two extra-district organizations that most people, most likely, have never heard of before.
What is the connection? What are they pushing? And how is this connected to kids in the District?
Given that a parent had to put this in, the District may not be all that forthcoming?

Dear Dr. Harbron,
Pursuant to the Right to Know Law (RSA. 91-A), I am requesting public access, within 5 business days, to the governmental records / Dover School District records, reasonably described as follows:
- all records, no matter what form, including but not limited to, printed documents, electronic documents, e-mails, or any other form of records regarding vendors “Great Schools Partnership” (Moises Nunez, Ted Hall) and “New Hampshire Learning Initiative”, including contracts or service agreements with these 2 organizations and individuals, and the Dover School District (and any of its’ employees or agents), for the period from 01/01/2018 to current. Also requested are curriculum or training content pertaining to topics to include: equity, bias, prejudice, racism, white privilege, educational equity, global citizenship, social justice, “restorative practices” and diversity.
- All Leadership Team meeting agendas, minutes, strategies and videos
- Equity Vision Keepers Steering Committee meeting agendas, minutes, strategies and videos
- Social Justice Team member list and agendas, minutes, strategies and videos.
- “Equity Walk” activity and objectives, strategies for Dover Middle School and Dover High School.
- Share training materials from Great Schools Partnership (Nunez, Hall) for Professional Development curriculum review for Social Studies and English (Dover Middle School)
- Dover School District budgetary spending/ planned spending on the above vendors, initiatives, and from which budgets the funds come.
Per RSA 91-A:4 IV(c) If you deny any portion of this request, please cite the specific exemption used to justify the denial to make each record, or part thereof, available for inspection along with a brief explanation of how the exemption applies to the information withheld.
