Over and over again, in a constant cacophony Progressive pessimism on the ability of ordinary citizens to run their own lives. We serfs are to trust Government because, well, they are the Smart People. We even tell you when to vote:

Smart People, indeed. Watching over a city that, at best, has a literacy rate of 47%. Good schooling, right there. Ayup.
