As I was listening to Fox News Sunday, Bill Kristol of the Weekly Standard had this to say:
“Four years ago President Obama gave a much heralded speech as outreach to the Muslim world,” Kristol said. “And now, four years later we are closing embassies throughout the Muslim world. A year ago, the president said al-Qaida is on the run. And now we seem to be on the run.”
Er, that would be running FROM Al-Qaida. Given our military and its ability to protect our interests and our people, is this yet another instance of Obama’s Determined Weakness? A new “normal” for the US’s status in Obama’s vision of how the world should be? On our knees? I thought Obama didn’t like bullies like terrorists…
