The guy who secretly colluded with anti-fossil-fuel activists to silence global warming skeptics and oil companies has another secret. Democrat New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman has been accused of abusing women.
Michelle Manning Barish and Tanya Selvaratnam “allege that he repeatedly hit them, often after drinking, frequently in bed and never with their consent,” read the report by Jane Mayer and Ronan Farrow.
The two named women said they did not report the abuse to the police, though they did have to seek medical attention at the time “after having been slapped hard across the ear and face, and also choked.”
Ms. Selvaratnam told the New Yorker that Mr. Schneiderman threatened her with being followed and wire-tapped. Both she and Ms. Manning Barish “say that he threatened to kill them if they broke up with him.”
Hypocrat men who claim to support the #MeToo movement really mean Me Too! I did that! But if you tell anyone, I’ll use my office to spy on you or maybe even kill you, allegedly.
Schneiderman was an up-and-coming political star who made national news when he appeared with Al Gore to announce a plot to sue energy companies over global warming. Part and parcel of that scheme were using policing powers to silence public skepticism about the global warming narrative. Shut up, or you’re screwed.
So he treats oils companies the same way he treats women or is that backward?
Mr transparency! also wanted to force anyone who donated more than $5,000.00 to a nonprofit in New York State to have to disclose it publicly.
I wonder if any more women are prepared to disclose how they were mistreated by the Democrat AG before this is over or do we need that AG to disclose payments over $5,000.00 that he may have authorized to get them to keep their mouths shut about how another powerful Democrat treats women?
