So the Democrats have decided to go the way of Papa John’s?

Papa JohnsYeah….er no, the Democrats aren’t going into the pizza business.  But can Papa Johns’s go after them for “re-purposing” their corporate tagline: ?Better Ingredients, Better Pizza”?  I remember when that came out – after a slump in their business, they went back to basics, back to the beginning, to improve their product.

So what did the Democrats come up with?  Well, like the socialists they are, they “borrowed” the form (if not the substance) of Papa Johns:

“A Better Deal: Better Skills, Better Jobs, Better Wages”

I guess it was a tad touch better than what the DCCC came up with (really!): “Democrats 2018: Have you seen the other guys?”.  Well, seeing that the Dems lost the House, lost the Senate, lost the Presidency, lost most of the governorships, and the vast majority of the State legislative seats, it seems that We The People looked – and saw Zombies coming at them and reacted.

And this is just TOO funny:

On Wednesday, I asked Rep. Linda Sánchez (Calif.), the No. 5 Democrat in the House, about the search for a unified agenda, and she bristled. “We’re not searching for an agenda,” she replied. “Democrats have always known what we stood for.”

The rest of us do to – see above as to what the Dems lost.  Of course, this has come in for quite a bit of ridicule.  But then again, so did “Resist!”.

But again, we all know that the Democrats will ALWAYS want more of your money to give to others, they will ALWAYS want to grow the size of Government to “spread YOUR wealth” around, and their idea of Better Jobs is ALWAYS be a union one, and ALWAYS at a mandated wage set by said Government.

They truly are creatures of habit – they refuse to see that it was their own economic policies that gave us sub 2% growth the last 8 years – and now they want to double down on it.

Just keep reminding them that their “Fight for $15” is putting a lot of their voters out of work as the Fast Food / Fast Casual marketplace is reacting to their artificially raised “Better Wage” by using ordering kiosks and apps – such an economic deal that is reminding a lot of workers that the true minimum wage is $0/hour.
