Data Point – about that Paris Agreement?

I thought that coal was bad and set up the “WE’RE ALL GONNA DIE!!!”, right? That “everyone had to do their part”.  SUCH shock and rancor that the US simply decided not to self-immolate its economy – where’s all the uproar about this?

1,600 new coal-fired power plants are planned or under construction in 62 countries.

Planned coal plants

Over all, 1,600 coal plants are planned or under construction in 62 countries, according to Urgewald’s tally, which uses data from the Global Coal Plant Tracker portal. The new plants would expand the world’s coal-fired power capacity by 43 percent.

But OUR media, what did they say?  Was it about the hypocrisy of the world at large for saying one thing but doing another? Was it the duplicity of those other countries when Trump said no money would be forth coming for “the fund” after already putting in a billion – and these other countries put in zippo? Was it that, once again, we had to obey the rules but other countries were gaming the system?

Did they say a thing that Obama never brought this to the Senate to be ratified as the Constitution demands?

Naw – “WE’RE ALL GONNA DIE” because Trump revoked a signature that was only a couple of months old and was not legally binding.

So who else is duplicitous in all this?
