Federal Land-Rights Rally In Today in Concord

Map_of_all_U.S._Federal_Land

THIS EVENT IS HOSTED BY HON.BOB GIUDA and HON. ANNE CARTWRIGHT

As federal land rights issues escalate all over the U.S., we are holding a rally for concerned citizens from 11:30 AM – 1:30 PM on Wednesday, March 23rd outside the N.H. State House in Concord. Our purpose with this rally is specifically to protest increasing federal acquisition of private lands in NH to the detriment of NH property owners and communities.

Both the U.S. Constitution and NH laws, including NH RSA 121, contain restrictions on such acquisitions. Help us challenge elected state and federal office-holders to uphold the U.S. Constitution and to comply with New Hampshire laws.

Attendees are strongly encouraged to review NH RSA 121 in its entirety to better understand the purpose of this rally and the importance of this action relative to protecting New Hampshire property owners from further loss of property rights through federal activism.
