So, when Jorge Mesa-Tejada, Chair of the Hampstead Budget Committee, decided to mock the SAU 55 infomercial (we are trying to track that down – betcha the Earl of Metzler has yanked it), the Hampstead sychophant School Board under the royal decree of the Earl of Metzler
Sidenote: BTW, where DID Superintendent Earl Metzler get all that money for hiring professionals (like Josh Judge, weatherman with WMUR) to do an infomercial touting a $4.5 million bond as well as the buttons, stickers, and assorted other materials?
issued a Press Release. So I read it. Well, golly, Earl, what was it that you and left out?
At the January 14, 2016 Hampstead Advisory Budget Committee meeting, committee chairman Jorge Mesa-Tejada, while reviewing the school district’s 2016 warrant, specifically the bond article for renovations to the Hampstead Central School, scoffed at the School Board’s concerns with the safety of students as it relates to an active shooter scenario with respect to the current modular classrooms that are not connected to the main school building. After acknowledging the possibility of such an atrocious event, he went on to describe in graphic detail, on camera, and with members of the public present, how he, as a retired marine, would commit mass murder at the school and further stated “what a field day it would be.” He only stopped this tirade against our children when a fellow committee member asked him to stop. First and foremost, we wish to state that the School Board and district administrators have a long established commitment and responsibility to the safety and well-being of our students and staff members.
Second, we take seriously these offensive and disgusting statements made by Mr. Mesa-Tejada and wholeheartedly denounce his behavior and blatant display of disregard for our children and their safety. Additionally we call into question his fitness to serve in any town official capacity. Providing a safe and welcoming school environment for our students and staff is a priority and we are committed to this endeavor. We would like to reassure concerned students, parents, teachers, and staff members that we will continue to do everything within our power to ensure our schools are safe.

Yeah typical. Gosh, Cipriano and Metzler, you left out the WHY. WHY did Jorge say what he did? WHY did he mock you?
Oh, that wouldn’t fit the narrative, would it? If you follow the breadcrumbs and watch the video (here). So now, like:
- Progressives burning out “Progressives” and had to switch to calling themselves “Liberal” and now have to go back to “Progressive” since burning Liberal
- Climate “activists having to switch from Climate Cooling to Climate Warming and then to Climate Change and now Climate Chaos
- Second Amendment Haters starting with Gun Control, then to Gun Safety, to Gun Violence, and now something to do with “common sense”
the Earl of Metzler is going from “sniper picking off kids” to “Active Shooter”. Nice hide there, dude. Make it sound like “a guy with a gun stalking the halls” with which most people think of instead of that lame line – simply to beg for money. Or in your case, get indignant when people won’t kiss your hinie.
In fact, blow it up to hide your own infomercial (again, trying to track it down) stupidity and shift that blame in order to keep your own hand clean (after all, Shariah Law has a designated use for your left hand). And then throw more chaff, sticks and stones to CYA yourself?
