We are at the Plymouth Senior Center in Plymouth, NH for their Lincoln Day Dinner. Certainly, the crowd that is already here is upbeat and smiles all around (hey, given Nov 2, most Conservatives are!).

He has announced his intention to form his Presidential Exploratory committee and has now been to NH a number of times. If you have never heard him speak, you are in for a treat.
