MACDONALD: Why Don’t You Try It, And Let Us Know How It Went

Canada is working on the perception that it’s a nice place full of friendly people. The government has ramped up a campaign to encourage more of those nice people to commit suicide every year, mainly because they are a burden on the State. Despite how fascist that sounds, no one is accusing them of being fascists.

On a kinder, gentler note, if you find yourself in Canada illegally, the matter is considered civil, not criminal, unless you commit an additional crime or you are someone they just don’t like (maybe a Trump supporter, or a non-citizen who thinks PM Carney is a globalist meat puppet. Truth and facts don’t matter, and you’ll likely be ejected after a nice meal at Tim Hortons and a few questions.

There appear to be exceptions if you are passing through to invade America, especially if you have drugs or are trafficking women or children. Keep moving, move along, please. Here, let us help you carry some bags.

America is not Canada, despite the close cousin British Empire political/familial connections. Both are born from British common law, Blackstone, and the rest, but Canada has drafted a good deal less because it never drafted a Constitution to protect people from the government. No one did that. Just America, which is why we have a right to self-defense and free speech, and every religion, not just Islam, is protected, not that the progressive globalists on our side of the 49th parallel don’t behave like the globalist proglodytes they aspire to emulate.

It is also a federal crime to enter the United States, even for Canadians, without permission. 8 U.S.C. 1325 states quite clearly that,

(a)Improper time or place; avoidance of examination or inspection; misrepresentation and concealment of facts

Any alien who (1) enters or attempts to enter the United States at any time or place other than as designated by immigration officers, or (2) eludes examination or inspection by immigration officers, or (3) attempts to enter or obtains entry to the United States by a willfully false or misleading representation or the willful concealment of a material fact, shall, for the first commission of any such offense, be fined under title 18 or imprisoned not more than 6 months, or both, and, for a subsequent commission of any such offense, be fined under title 18, or imprisoned not more than 2 years, or both.

8 U.S. Code § 1325 also addresses marriage fraud to evade the law, which will get you up to five years in prison and up to 250,00.00 in fines. It also addresses the creation of a business to bypass legal entry, which can result in up to 5 years in prison and a similar fine.

Entering the US illegally is…illegal. But it’s so simple that even expert talking heads who actually know very little can’t seem to grasp it.

I think Abby ought to try sneaking into Mexico, which will get you arrested and very likely detained indefinitely in poor to lousy conditions (if the cartel thugs don’t rape and beat you to death for fun). Assuming you survive to face government/police punishment, you should expect a penalty of up to two years in prison and a fine of 300,000 to 500,000 pesos. ($16K to $28K US).

You do have a right to local legal counsel if the police get you.

Again, there appears to be an exemption if you are ‘Travelling’ to illegally enter the United States (except under President Trump, who agrees with the Dems that NO ONE is above the law), and applies pressure to get pass-through nations to comply with not just our laws but their own.

Crazy, I know.

In Hungary, getting nabbed in-country illegally can get you eight years in prison, while in Malaysia, corporal punishment is the order of the day. We’ll *smack,* teach you, *smack,* to come here uninvited *smack*. Caning is appropriate and may be administered as a means of justice alongside other punishments.

None of which matters if NO ONE is above the law, as written by Congress, which immigration law is. The president is tasked with following and enforcing the law in a Constitutional Republic and even an odd Democracy is as well, though the pretense of mob rule assumes those in power, absent checks and balances, will change what the law is to suit the desires of the moment, which do not typically end well for the object of their action.

Enforcing immigration law is not a crime. Interfering with it is. Illegal entry is a federal crime. You are not entitled to anything but removal, which means taxpayers’ only obligation is to pay the officers who enforce the law and perhaps the cost to send you back.

Illegal re-entry in nearly every country carries significantly harsher punishments.

If Abbt survives her first foray, she and her Handmaiden media talking heads should do it again, seeing as that seems to be a common trait of those getting swept up by ice over whom they are so concerned.
