Extreme Misogyny?

What is extreme misogyny? I had to look it up, and it wasn’t what you’d call an easy journey. To summarize, it is the Left’s answer to men who reject their decades-long efforts at feminization and dehumanization. Guys who dare to assume traditionally male roles as father, breadwinner, or protector might fit the category, but more likely, you are a consumer of the manosphere, red-pilled against the cultural Left.

And no, I still didn’t answer the question. I think extreme misogyny is the systemic relabeling of traditional maleness as hate speech or even terrorism for which you can be arrested and prosecuted – at least, that’s how the new UK government sees it.

Yvette Cooper, the Home Secretary, has ordered a review of Britain’s counter-terrorism strategy to urgently address gaps in the Government’s stance on extremism, The Sunday Telegraph can reveal.

It will look at tackling violence against women and girls in the same way as Islamist and far-Right extremism, amid fears that current Home Office guidance is too narrow.

This could mean teachers will be legally required to refer pupils they suspect of extreme misogyny to Prevent, the Government’s counter-terror programme.

It comes after warnings that misogynistic influencers are radicalising teenage boys online.

Ms Cooper said: “For too long, Governments have failed to address the rise in extremism, both online and on our streets, and we’ve seen the number of young people radicalised online grow. Hateful incitement of all kinds fractures and frays the very fabric of our communities and our democracy.”

The assumption is that all of this leads to or is the reason behind rising violence against women, which is why the story interested me. That there is a culture of manliness surfacing that represents a threat to the safety of girls and women. The irony of it all is that there is, but it is coming almost exclusively from the left. It is they who created and protect the right of men to use women’s safe spaces (including predators), resulting in increased attacks, abuse, rape, and even murder. Leftwing immigration policy demonstrably puts women at increased risk of violence. Then there is their disinterest in the traditional Arab/Muslim lifestyle that treats women like property and sometimes disposes of them as such.

Extreme misogyny on the other hand appears to be about harassing white boys who dare to express doubts about the box into which modern feminists would trap them. It is another means of selectively punishing disfavored groups, targeting individuals who dare to speak out or speak up in opposition to things the government does that deny all people their rights and freedoms. And that is, I predict, precisely how it will be used.
