In 2022, the State of Washington, rather than punishing only criminals who bring more than ten rounds of ammunition to a crime, took its hoplophbia out on everyone by prohibiting the sale of “large capacity” magazines to anyone in the state.

VT Judge’s Ruling Has Bearing On New Hampshire’s Unconstitutional Buffer Zone Law
A judge in Vermont needs to call the Judges in New Hampshire. Last month, Vermont tried to get a lawsuit challenging the States high-capacity magazine ban thrown out. They claimed the plaintiffs had no standing. Superior Court Judge Mary Miles Teachout set that record straight.
Schumer’s Magazine Ban. (No, not Newsweek or Time, That Would be Useful.)
When there is a law breaker with the gun, in a room full of unarmed people whom he (or she) is intent on or willing to kill… eleven rounds is one too many. Law breakers never carry extra magazines, just like obese people will never think to buy two 15.95 ounce sodas in New York City if that’s what they really want.
But we are talking about liberal-Progressive Democrats. Maybe the thought of actually having to re-load to kill more people will be the ‘conscious decision’ that stops the criminal from engaging in any kind of gun crime in the first place.
“You mean I can only shoot 10 people before I have to re-load? I think I’ll go get a job at the Drive Thru instead.”
