Much can be discussed on the heels of the Damn Emperor’s veto of HB 1093, which was a reincarnation of 2022’s vetoed HB 1131, but I’ll only get into a few things and leave the rest for interested others.

Law Prohibiting Local School Mask Mandates Heads to NH Governor’s Desk (Again!)
The New Hampshire State Senate just passed (and I mean Just!) HB1093 AN ACT prohibiting mandatory mask policies in schools. “This bill prohibits school boards and other public education agencies from adopting, enforcing, or implementing a policy that requires students or members of the public to wear a facial covering.”
The Unmasking Bill Should Pass
Now that the COVID pandemic is behind us, we must thoughtfully evaluate what happened during this unprecedented time and prudently consider what should be done if a similar crisis ever happens again. One of the major issues that emerged during this challenging period was the mandatory wearing of face masks in schools.
