I will have to admit, he was adroit in covering a whole range of issues that his department is covering. All without notes. And then the same during the question and answer period as well. A first time NH House Legislator this session (R-Rochester, Strafford 1), the ‘Grok caught up with her at last night’s Rochester City Council meeting (concerning Public Input on The Granite State Future Plan that is supporting the Obama Administration’s Sustainable Communities Initiative (spearheaded by the money carrots to change local zoning ordinance to suit the EPA, DOT, and EPA; listen to Grokster Tom as he speaks here).

She also testified in front of the Rochester City Council on both the Granite State Future Plan as well as the decision by the Rochester City Council to spend $9,400 to help underwrite the 2012 Presidential Campaign of Obama (after the jump):
