This is interesting news. A New Hampshire State Supreme Court Justice has disqualified themself from deciding matters regarding Daniel Richard v. Gov. Chris Sununu.
The Honorable Supreme Court of N.H. is soliciting amicus briefs or memoranda on the issue of Standing in the Richard v. Sununu et al. case number 2023-0097. I offer the following memoranda in support of the Appellant’s position on Standing.
From Dan Richard: I just filed this last night after Gov. Chris Sununu signed HB 154 into law amending the voting machines to be permanent without the consent of the voters required by the NH Constitution.
