I lost my voice again (cough and cold-related), so I was unable to craft a new episode of GrokTALK for this week. We’ll be back with new stuff next week, voice permitting. Instead, I dug down into the GT archives and found this two-segment interview with James O’Keefe we did in December 2014. Obama is President. James had just released the book, Breakthrough, and we spent some time talking about that, DOJ hijinks, undercover journalism, and other good times.
GrokTALK! has been the eponymous podcasting vehicle of Granitegrok.com since its inception in 2011/2012 (before podcasting was PODCASTING).
Several iterations of the program have begun and ended, including a three-year continuous run of nearly 200 weekly two-hour episodes. Several attempts at a remote version happened, but it wasn't until late 2024 that owner and editor Steve MacDonald rebooted it as a weekly podcast.
