Ballot Law Commission Voted 4-1 to send Findings of District 24 State Senate Race to AG for investigation in 2023… No Action by AG Taken in Violation of State and Federal Help America Vote Act (HAVA)

Concord NH— Oct 23, 2024 — Lou Gargiulo, former State Rep, State Senate Candidate, and Hampton Falls Selectman, announced he is publicly challenging the NH Attorney General on his inactivity and non-findings of Senate District 24 Recount from 19 months ago. He will publicly state a rebuttal to the Attorney General’s Office due to the AG’s inactivity and disregard for documented election violations presented to the Ballot Law Commission and referred by the BLC directly to the NH Attorney General’s Office for investigation.

“Accurate, Transparent, Accountable & Compliant Elections are all we, the Citizens of NH are asking for” said Lou Gargiulo, Former District 24 State Senate Candidate.” The Attorney General was presented with over 5 months of investigative work and a complete Audit of District 24, which resulted in over 100 Election Violations referenced to their respective RSAs, yet he has chosen to ignore them.”

The AG says there is no evidence of wrongdoing, yet there are over 100 documented violations from each of the seven Senate District 24 towns. The AG stated, “no one was named or accused” of violating the laws, yet isn’t that what an investigation is supposed to uncover? If we tell authorities a bank was robbed and the money is gone, but there was no footage of the robbers, do we dismiss it because we don’t know who did it? On Oct 23th, 2024, at 12:00 noon in the North Lawn of the State House, I, along with dedicated and concerned citizens who volunteered their time over 5 months will convene at the State House to deliver my response. Copies of the Audit Results and Summaries presented to the Ballot Law Commission, will be made available to the Press.

It is up to every citizen to do their civic duty and get involved. Make sure this next election, the representatives and judges you will be voting for understand and will be loyal to their Oath of Office. They must be willing to legislate and/or adjudicate Accurate, Transparent, Accountable & Compliant Elections!
