I noticed the NH Journal article on School Districts that lied about its numbers.
By comparison, NH Journal has been unwilling to look at NHCADSV’s numbers, which are all over the place and simply do not add up.
The NHCADSV has provided wildly different numbers on the number of people it serves. Central Crisis Center New Hampshire said it served 1700 with 75% or so being in Concord. Then it changed to say it served 400 people who are from Concord and the surrounding areas. Which is it?
It says it serves 12000-15000 people per year in some reports but then changes that number down to about 9000 I believe during HB1675. Which is it? It makes a difference because grant fund applications rely on accurate data. Is there one number being submitted and another being boasted about or vice-versa?
NHCADSV has to comply with federal and state lobbying laws, yet it does not report the salaries of its lobbyists (as required by the NH AG’s memos on lobbying), only minimal expenses. Some lobbyists for the NHCADSV report that they represent it but say they have $0 to report. What about the portion of their salary that is for lobbying, and why they register as lobbyists?
If NH Journal can report on how NH School districts cheated on their mandatory reports, why doesn’t it report on NHCADSV’s cheating on its mandatory reports for its lobbyists, IRS 990s?
I would call that a “CONSPIRACY” in fact. There are no conditions under which you can claim that my statements here are “conspiracy theories” because records are records.https://patch.com/new-hampshire/nashua/huyett-nh-school-districts-cheated-their-mandatory-reports-voters-act-now-hold
