OPINION: Phishing or Taunting?

Hi [recipient’s name redacted],

I’m Sam, I’m representing an ADU builder in NH. I’m looking for people who have considered building an ADU but didn’t know where to start. [recipient’s address redacted], Bedford is in his range and he’s very familiar with that area.

Since the recent 2025 NH law change, ADUs are much easier to get approved and it’s likely your property in Bedford could have some opportunity here.

ADU’s go by many names, like In-Law Apartment, Converted Garage, Basement Apartment, Tiny Home, Backyard House. They can either be rented out, or owner occupied (great for family moving in) and they are one of the best ways to house aging parents or adult children in this expensive housing market.
