BEST: Why Was Harmony Montgomery “Trafficked”?

On a purely technical level, Harmony Montgomery was a victim of human trafficking that resulted from dysfunctional family courts. Her mother, Crystal Sorey, was a drug addict, and the judge decided to send Harmony across state lines to her father, Adam Montgomery’s care. He was known to the State of New Hampshire agencies and courts as an armed drug dealer who was living off the State.

Allegedly, the State of New Hampshire lost track of Harmony Montgomery for two years, even though she was still eligible for welfare checks, which her stepmother, Kayla Montgomery, continued to cash well after her disappearance.

Adam Montgomery claims he didn’t kill his young daughter, Harmony, although he has not denied that he took her body, chopped it up, and got rid of it. He won’t tell anyone where the body is, and now he’s conveniently in a prison in Virginia — a long way from whispering walls that could prove inconvenient for the State of New Hampshire and its official story.

To reiterate some uncomfortable truths:

Manchester’s Police Chief stated that someone was lying when he first gave a news interview.

Police allegedly found Adam Montgomery in his car, living with Kelsey Small, but then Kelsey Small was suddenly suicided. Manchester’s Police spokesperson stated that there were no suspicious circumstances surrounding her suicide. I don’t buy that. The reason I don’t buy it is because no member of the police department made that statement themselves, and then they quickly moved on as though Kelsey Small was of no importance. If it were a true statement, I believe Manchester’s police chief would have made the statement himself. It was a high-profile case he was dealing with, and he should have been the one to make such an announcement about someone who would have been a key witness.

The pizza restaurant that Adam Montgomery worked at in Manchester on Elm Street — just a block from Nixon Peabody and other large Manchester law firms — shuttered suddenly in March 2020. The prosecutors never put the owner or manager on the stand to find out what they knew about the freezer and its contents which allegedly contained the remains of Harmony Montgomery. The timing of the closure could be tied to the discovery of Harmony’s body in a bag in the freezer? Was the pizza joint a front for human or drug trafficking?

Kayla Montgomery lied to a grand jury and was then given a plea deal, which absolved the state from any discovery regarding the welfare checks she was receiving. If she followed the narrative the state wanted, she’d get her kids back.

On the stand, Kayla Montgomery looked drugged up and hardly someone whose word you would take about anything, especially after she lied to the Grand Jury.

Not that we can trust any NH Grand Jury anymore after the debacle surrounding the Barbara Hantz Marconi (NH Supreme Court Justice), Geno Marconi (NH Ports & Authorities), and James Woodlock (YDC defendant) cases.

What does it really look like when you strip everything away?

To me, it seems that Harmony was a pawn in a drug trafficking enterprise that involved DCYF, Manchester police, and Adam Montgomery.

The Manchester Police Chief “retired” recently. The timing of his retirement is curious, given the civil suit Crystal Montgomery brought against the state.

The State decided to settle that suit for a couple of million, conveniently avoiding discovery that could expose the truth and the reason why children like Harmony Montgomery and Elijah Lewis end up disappearing in the system.

Are these children really the victims of an orchestrated drug trafficking enterprise? Why is the State not looking into this?

Are the State’s law enforcement agencies complicit in drug and child trafficking? Are the courts and AG’s office compromised as a result?

Why did a New Hampshire judge dismiss a U.S. prosecutor’s claims that El Chapo’s cousin was part of a ring of drug traffickers in New Hampshire?

Why was former US Attorney Scott Murray unable to answer reporters’ questions about why local NH Law enforcement was not involved in the State’s largest drug bust in Bedford, which just happens to be where the FBI office is located?

Why did Senator Jeanne Shaheen’s campaigner, ex-NFL player Jeff Hatch, get no jail time after the FBI knew that he’d trafficked 1500 grams of Fentanyl across state lines? Why was there no further inquiry after he stated that he was part of a larger drug trafficking ring but was sworn to secrecy?

Why did Senator Kelly Ayotte’s aide get no jail time after it was revealed he was part of a prostitution ring?

Why has the Attorney General’s office been so anxious to cover up police officers with corrupt records?

Why did New Hampshire Supreme Court Chief Justice Gordon MacDonald hire former US Attorney Jane Young as his legal counsel when he was probed about improper acts regarding his administrator Dianne Martin? Jane Young worked with Dianne Martin as well when she was under AG MacDonald in his office. It seems Jane Young has a personal reason to want to represent him which appears to conflict with the public interest in transparency. They were both in the AG’s office when Harmony Montgomery disappeared off the radar of the police and child agencies who operated under their direction.

Are the New Hampshire agencies and courts under the control of a drug and human trafficking cartel? At least Massachusetts is starting to take action against its law enforcement personnel who are involved in child porn, prostitution, drugs, or other illicit enterprises. Why isn’t New Hampshire doing the same?
