Best: “The NH Justice System Is Rotten to The Core”

Dear Governor Atotte, AG Formella, Police Standards & Training, John Scippa:

Helen Hanks stepped down from her position at the Department of Corrections. The timing coincides with evidence that she tampered with witnesses during a criminal investigation regarding the murder of an inmate. Allegedly, per reports, there were Laurie List officers involved as well.

Helen Hanks was also a member of the Police Standards and Training Committee Board. John Scippa of Police Standards and Training has stepped in to temporarily replace her at the DOC.

What does it say about the Police Standards & Training Committee when Helen Hanks, on its board, was busy tampering with witnesses herself?

What does it say about the Judicial Conduct Committee when Julie Introcaso who was head of the disciplinary committee tampered with judicial documents?

What does it say about the New Hampshire Supreme Court when Chief Justice Gordon MacDonald, as AG, argued to keep Laurie List officer names from public in full knowledge that he had one working for him- James F McLaughlin- on the St Paul’s School investigation and he failed to reveal this because he was more interested in a settlement agreement that allowed corrupt NH PD to plunder the files of students and alumni in a private school for the purpose of lucrative civil suits brought by the Chair of the Judicial Selection Committee- Chuck Douglas?

What does it say about the AGs Office when Assistant AG Geoffrey Ward lies to Jane Young in an email by saying that he will respond to my concerns regarding Concord PD Julie Curtin which were forwarded to the office by John Scippa. He didn’t respond. He deleted the files of 28 police officers instead. And now he is a federal prosecutor.

What does it say about NH federal prosecutors when Judge Landya McAfferty discovered that they failed to reveal that they were using a witness for a Grand Jury who had been paid by Concord PD (as confirmed by Bradley Osgood)?

What does it say about Cheshire County and Grafton County when they play ping pong with James F McLaughlin’s records to avoid liability for Brady Violations in the case of NH v Robert LaMontagne?

The NH Justice system is rotten to the core is what it says, and the public is paying through the nose for this kleptocracy and corruption to continue: most recently with the payment to Crystal Sorey for Harmony Montgomery whose body still has not been found. The Manchester police lied and got their timeline wrong. The Manchester Police Chief conveniently “retired” when Crystal Sorey’s case was brought.

What exactly does the NH Justice system accomplish that is not riddled with corruption?
