Helen Hanks was also a member of the Police Standards and Training Committee Board. John Scippa of Police Standards and Training has stepped in to temporarily replace her at the DOC.

The NH Justice system is rotten to the core is what it says, and the public is paying through the nose for this kleptocracy and corruption to continue: most recently with the payment to Crystal Sorey for Harmony Montgomery whose body still has not been found. The Manchester police lied and got their timeline wrong. The Manchester Police Chief conveniently “retired” when Crystal Sorey’s case was brought.
What exactly does the NH Justice system accomplish that is not riddled with corruption?
