Thank you for notifying me regarding my 91A request and the documents I requested. When I logged on to Box.com, I found 40 pages relating to Marsy’s Law and correspondence between Amanda Grady Sexton, NHCADSV, Chuck Douglas, and the AG’s office about this, but nothing regarding James McLaughin or Julie Curtin. I have not received further notification from Box.com.
However, what I did discover has led me to ask for an official inquiry into Geoffrey Ward’s decision to delete the Laurie List police officer files sometime before 24 November 2021.
In the September & November 2024 trove of RTK emails you provided, I found an email from Jane Young to Geoffrey Ward in which she asks him in the summer of 2021 (some 6 months after her office assured me he would respond to me (December 2020) whether he is going to respond to my concerns about Police Officer Julie Curtin. He responded in the affirmative that he is going to do so.
He did not respond to me and he did not respond to Representative Susan Homola who had followed up after Jane Young’s assurance to me in December 2020 that Geoffrey Ward would respond to my concerns which had been forwarded to her by John Scippa of Police Standards and Training to whom I initially directed my concerns.
Geoffrey Ward then deleted the files of 28 police officers on the Laurie List without explanation. Julie Curtin worked in the AG’s office in 2020 and I believe was working there when my letter regarding concerns about her conduct were received by the AG’s office. Julie Curtin worked closely with Amanda Grady Sexton and Lyn Schollett of the NHCADSV. It also appears that there were phone calls between Amanda Grady Sexton and Geoffrey Ward.
It is my belief that the reason that Geoffrey Ward failed to respond to me and to Rep. Susan Homola is because there was a conspiracy within the AG’s office and the NHCADSV to protect Julie Curtin for her dishonest investigation into St Paul’s School (obtaining student files without a warrant for example) and Owen Labrie (fabricating a “laceration consistent with penetration having occurred” on a sworn affidavit citing the SANE nurse report which the SANE nurse disputed under oath in the criminal trial of Owen Labrie at which Amanda Grady Sexton, Lyn Schollett and Jane Young were present.
I am now asking for a formal inquiry into the decision by Geoffrey Ward not to respond to both me and an elected representative and to lie to Jane Young about the fact that he was going to respond to me, followed by the deletion of 28 police officer files and Julie Curtin’s leaving the AG’s office to work for the Diocese of Manchester, paid by the NHCADSV’s attorneys: Shaheen & Gordon who threatened me in July 2021 with a defamation suit on behalf of Amanda Grady Sexton and the NHCADSV after comments I made stating that they and Concord PD Julie Curtin and others whose emails are included in the RTK (Chuck Douglas, Gordon MacDonald) were involved in a “Kids for Cash” type Scheme.
I also observed in the trove of emails that there was a consistent pattern of collusion and conspiracy between the NHCADSV’s Amanda Grady Sexton, Lyn Schollett and the AG’s office which included direct lobbying by the NHCADSV to the AG’s office to request the AG’s office lobby Senator Carson for Marsy’s Law. It is the legislature that puts forward bills and it is up to the NH DOJ to make sure laws that are passed by the legislature are upheld. It is quite clear that the reverse is happening and that the NHCADSV is crafting legislature with the AG’s office and Chuck Douglass and the National Crime Victims Law Institute and then getting the AG’s office to lobby the legislature to pass those. And it is most interesting that AG Gordon MacDonald acknowledged that Marsy’s Law as a huge constitutional amendment. That begs the question as to what on earth was he doing endorsing something that would be a constitutional amendment and having members of his office lobby the legislature for this?
I believe that high crimes have taken place, and I am requesting a formal inquiry.
